A Small Studio in Olney With the Lights Down Low.
The Brave Studio is my own space inside Olney Pilates Studio, at 5 The Galleries, just off the Market Place in Olney. It is small on purpose: a couch for Spinal Flow, a mat for breathwork and tremor therapy, a lamp, some plants and no rush.
One to one sessions happen here, booked online. For group sessions, we travel: Little Brickhill Hall, TRU FIT in Silsoe, The Mill in Buckingham and The Space Within Studio in Astwood, every one of them dimly lit, warm and comfortable.
Olney is a market town on the River Great Ouse with parking on and around the Market Place. From Milton Keynes it is fifteen minutes up the A509; from Bedford about twenty along the A428; from Northampton about twenty five.
