Cancellation Policy

One to one sessions are booked through my booking page (opens in a new tab), and its cancellation and rescheduling terms apply to every booking: you will see them before you confirm. Group tickets are bought per date from my ticket shop (opens in a new tab), under the terms of that shop.

If something comes up, message me as early as you can on WhatsApp (opens in a new tab) or by email and we can talk about another date.

Consent Forms

Everyone reads and signs a short consent form before their first session. It asks about your health so that I can keep you safe, and it comes with your booking confirmation. Your answers are kept private and are only used to plan your sessions.

Privacy Notice

Brave Breathwork Ltd (company number 15553409, registered in England) runs this website and is responsible for the personal details you share through it. If you have a question about your details, email info@bravebreathwork.com.

The contact form asks for your name, your email address, what you are curious about and anything you would like me to know. I use these only to reply to you. Your message is emailed to me through an email delivery service, with a copy to the company that looks after this website. Nothing you send is added to a mailing list or passed on to anyone else.

Booking happens on my booking page and group tickets on my ticket shop, each with its own privacy terms. The map on the contact and studio pages comes from Google, and Google may set its own cookies when it loads. This website sets one cookie of its own, and only when you use the contact form: it holds the picture code until you close your browser, so the form can check it.

I keep enquiries only for as long as I need them to reply to you and to look after you as a client. You can ask to see, correct or delete the details I hold about you at any time. If you are unhappy with how your details are handled, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk (opens in a new tab).
