I live in Bedfordshire, and the county is where my group breathwork started. Today the Bedfordshire dates are at TRU FIT Training in Silsoe, in the middle of the county between Bedford and Luton, and Little Brickhill Hall on the Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire border by Woburn Sands. Both are easy from Ampthill, Flitwick, Shefford, Leighton Buzzard and Dunstable.
One to one sessions are at The Brave Studio in Olney, just over the county line in Buckinghamshire, twenty minutes from Bedford and under forty from most of the county.

People Come From All Over Bedfordshire.
Silsoe sits on the A6 in the middle of the county, so a Tuesday evening at TRU FIT works from Bedford in the north to Luton in the south. This autumn's date is my fifth at the venue, and the room fills with a real mix: gym members, people from the villages, and a good number of men.
If you are new to all of it, a group evening is the gentlest way in. If you would rather start privately, book a one to one in Olney and take it from there.
