Milton Keynes has more of my group dates than anywhere else: Little Brickhill Hall, just off the A5 by Woburn Sands, and Space Within Studio in Astwood, on the Newport Pagnell side. Both are dimly lit, warm and comfortable, with mats laid out before you arrive.
The Brave Studio in Olney, where the one to one sessions happen, is fifteen minutes north of Newport Pagnell on the A509. Olney is a Buckinghamshire market town with an MK46 postcode, so for most of Milton Keynes it is closer than the centre of Bedford.

A lot of people find me through the gym. Milton Keynes has a big training culture and a lot of people who are strong and stiff at the same time; tremor therapy and Spinal Flow suit them, and breathwork gives the wired, busy ones somewhere to put it down.
Group evenings start at 6.30pm and run for around two hours, so from Bletchley, Wolverton or Kingston you are home well before ten. Tickets are £35 and you can add the date to your calendar from the dates page.
