People Come From All Over Bedford.
Bedford is a rowing, running and rugby town, and I see plenty of people from the clubs along the Embankment who train hard and hold the stress of it in their hips and backs. Tremor therapy and Spinal Flow were made for exactly that.
If you work at Cardington, on the Priory Business Park or in one of the schools, a Thursday or Tuesday evening class in Silsoe or Little Brickhill fits after work, and the preparation message the day before tells you what to eat and when to arrive.
