attendance, bookings & refunds:
You will only attend any session once you have thoroughly read, agreed to and submitted the Brave Breathwork LTD Consent Form, which is available on the website About page, within these Terms and Conditions, and available to click on at the time of booking. You will also be sent the Consent Form via email prior to your booked event also.
Failure to complete the consent form will invalidate your booking and your attendance may be refused.
Cancellations prior to 48 hours for any reason are permitted, and we offer a full refund.
If you cancel within 48 hours of the event, the event fee is non-refundable, however, at the discretion of Brave Breathwork Ltd, we will transfer your booking to another event, subject to availability. We are only able to offer a booking transfer on one occasion.
If, at any point during or immediately after the introductory discussion at the start of the 2-hour session, you wish to withdraw, you agree to bring this to the attention of the facilitator prior to the commencement of the breathing segment of the session. You will be offered a space at a future event, subject to availability, or a full refund.
We reserve the right to cancel events. If we cancel an event, for any reason, we will offer you a full refund. You could also opt to transfer your booking to a future event, subject to availability.
Attendance to events is at the risk of the participant, in knowledge of the consent form, and we cannot be held accountable for any known, unknown, diagnosed or undiagnosed medical condition or conditions, and any physical, mental, emotional or other experience due to these.
You must not attend a Brave Breathwork session whilst under the influence of recreational drugs or alcohol.
We reserve the right to refuse attendance to any individual at our discretion and without disclosing our reasons. If we refuse attendance we will provide a full refund within 24 hours.
Due to the nature of the breathwork and the altered states of consciousness it brings about, it may bring to the surface/your conscious mind, events, memories and/or feelings that you may or may not have been aware of. Please be mindful of this and ensure that you have someone to talk to in the hours, days and weeks after the event.
At the start of the event the facilitator will explain and demonstrate a specific breathing technique. If at any point you are uncertain, you must bring this to the attention of the facilitator who will endeavour to explain this further. If you feel unsure at any point and feel like you do not understand you must speak with the facilitator during the break prior to the breathwork commencing.
If the breathing technique explained causes any discomfort or physical difficulties you agree to bring this to the attention of the facilitator immediately.
You understand that this session is a form of somatic healing and that Brave Breathwork Ltd is not in control of, nor responsible for, the way/s in which participants may express their emotion during and immediately after the session.
The venues provided are under the control of third parties. Brave Breathwork Ltd are not responsible for any liability, loss or damage at any venue.
Refreshments will be offered at the end of the event. You must bring any allergies and/or dietary requirements to the attention of the facilitator prior to the session.
