What is brave breathwork?

We practice conscious connected / circular breathwork: breathing deeply and rhythmically, with a specific technique, to music.

This type of breathwork delivers a powerful physical, mental and emotional experience that is tangible, real, and absolutely profound.

Individuals often feel a huge surge of emotional release from one session of conscious connected breathwork alone.

what happens?

Breathing in this consciously connected way will result in you being able to access altered states of consciousness. Here, you'll effortlessly quieten the egoic mind / busy ‘monkey mind’ / protective self - allowing you to deep dive in to your subconscious and process stored emotions and experiences, gently and effectively.

WHY breathwork?

Conscious connected breathing brings about many physical, mental and emotional benefits, including:

  • Reduces anxiety, stress and tension

  • Boosts the immune system

  • Improves sleep quality

  • All round physical, emotional and mental well-being

  • Deep relaxation

  • Increased mental clarity and creativity

  • Helps to process and release trauma

  • Helps process grief and loss

  • Clears emotional blocks

  • Increased inner peace and joyfulness

  • A deeper connection with self

WHO IS IT FOR?

This type of breathwork often results in an incredibly deep and meaningful experience for all. The technique is not difficult and anyone can do it. If you are looking to improve ANY aspect of your life, breathwork is for you!

Certain health conditions may require extra caution - please see our waiver here for further information, and check with a medical professional if you are still unsure.
