What is brave breathwork?

We practice conscious connected / circular breathwork: breathing deeply & rhythmically, with a specific technique, to music.

This type of breathwork can deliver a powerful physical, mental & emotional experience that is tangible, real, & profound.

Individuals often feel a huge sense of relief & a 'letting go' from one session of conscious connected breathwork alone.

what happens?

Breathing in this way often results in our body's ability to access altered states of consciousness. Here, we are able to quieten our egoic mind / busy ‘monkey mind’ - allowing us to deep dive in to our subconscious & process stored emotions & experiences, gently and effectively.

what do i need to do?

Book on to the session you'd like to attend & simply come along with an open mind! Everything will be fully explained on the day... although I welcome you to contact me via WhatsApp or email prior to the event if you'd like to chat it through. You'll also receive a preparation message the day before your event.

During the session, you'll be lying on the floor, in a dimly lit room, breathing in a specific way, to music. If you have any special requirements please let me know prior to the event.
