These sessions are for BRAVE COLLECTIVE MEMBERS - aka 'the regulars'... those of you who've come to so many events we've all lost count! 

No intro chat or debrief chat on these events - you know what you're doing by now... just a lovely, big breathing session, with slightly longer rounds & slightly longer breath holds, & the usual much-needed snacks & chat at the end for those who'd like to stay & mingle.

As always, once you've booked your session, you'll receive a preparation message the day before your event.
